Products: SPEL Baffle Box GPT with Clearview Access Lid
The Project
SPEL assisted with the design, supply and installation of a SPEL Baffle Box at the Gladstone Yacht Club at Gladstone. This large GPT unit is designed to serve as a primary treatment device by capturing the gross pollutants in the stormwater runoff before they enter the bay. This SPEL Baffle Box was installed in the parklands next to the Yacht Club Facilities and fitted with a SPEL Clearview access Lid. This Clearview lid serves to increase environmental awareness as it allows residents and club members to view the gross pollutants that are being caught in the trap before washing out to sea.
