Spel Project Case Study

Asphalt plant in Penrith Council. Completed November 2018.

  • Council: Penrith Council
  • Products: SPEL Puraceptor

Problem

SPEL supplied a hydrocarbon separation device with a spill capacity of 12,000L for this site.

Solution

The SPEL Puraceptor removes hydrocarbons from the stormwater flows. It will also automatically shut off in the event of a spill – preventing hydrocarbons from entering the city’s stormwater system.
